It has been announced today that Sapphire Systems, a leading digital operating platform provider, has acquired InCloud Solutions – the brand and the team – in a mutually beneficial partnership that is excellent news for the growing cloud market.
You will know that our company is a leading specialist in the mid-market cloud ERP solution SAP Business ByDesign which has gone from start-up to joining forces with established player Sapphire, in under 10 years. A great achievement of which we are all extremely proud.
The deal will allow leading technology provider Sapphire to strengthen capabilities and consolidate its position as a market leading SAP partner. As part of Sapphire’s strategy to accelerate growth both organically and through acquisitions, the purchase will expand the company’s Business ByDesign expertise and help consolidate its position as a market leading SAP partner.
